Report on the Game...Weber State at Northern Colorado

Weber State 45 Northern Colorado 21

Weber State's "running game by committee" rolled up 245 yards and WSU coasted to the finish after taking a 35-0 lead into the locker room at half time.  NCU looked to mount a comeback, but after two quick scores cut the lead to 35-14, WSU answers with a drive that burned 3:12 off the clock.  The game was iced when Mike Hoke hit Shaydon Kehano with 1:54 left in the 3rd quarter to make the score 42-14.  Hoke has yet to throw an interception all season, a problem that plagued his predecessor.  He finished the game with 5 TD passes.

WSU MVP: QB Mike Hoke
