Tie Breakers...Atlanta, Chicago and Detroit have identical records.  Chicago and Detroit have split their regular season series.  Atlanta has a win over Detroit, but has lost to Chicago.  In head to head competition between the three team, Chicago is in because they have 2 wins and 1 loss against the other two.  Atlanta has the next best record with 1 win and 1 loss.  Detroit is out because they have 1 win and 2 losses in head to head match-ups between the three teams.
