The players have rejected the owners latest proposal. There is a move to disband the players union. Looks like the 2011-12 season will be a complete wash.
I suspect that in the end the deal that the players actually sign will be worse. That some players will regret not accepting this deal.
Some owners may also regret not pushing for a solution to the problem as TV deals are renegotiated and some fans fail to return.
