Please stop with the comparisons between Boise State and the Mountain West teams. TCU will likely have to lay a real stinky egg in Laramie tomorrow or next week to not make a BCS bowl. The teams that Boise State has to look better than right now are Oklahoma State and Pittsburgh. The Cowboys helped the BSU cause with a near loss to hapless Colorado yesterday. Then the Cowboys play thier big rivalry game next week against Oklahoma. This will be the first time since the Barry Sanders days that the Cowboys will be the favorite over the Sooners. Pittsburgh, on the other hand, is off this week. Next Friday, the Panthers travel to West Virginia. And they finish the season at home against Cincinnatti. I would root for the Panthers to look bad the rest of the season and for the Sooners if I were a Boise State fan. I would also lobby hard to bring Montana into the WAC.
