If the NFL playoffs were held today, here is how it would stack up.

NFC

The Green Bay Packers, San Francisco 49ers, New York Giants and Tampa Bay Buccaneers would be the division champions.  The Detroit Lions and New Orleans Saints would be the wildcard teams.  The Packers have home field throughout the NFC playoffs.

Round 1...Detroit at New York Giants.
New Orleans at Tampa Bay.

Round 2.  Detroit/New York at San Francisco.
New Orleans/Tampa Bay at Green Bay.

AFC

New England, Baltimore, Tennessee and San Diego are the division champs.  Buffalo and Cincinnati are the wildcard teams.  Buffalo holds the tie breaker over Oakland and Cincy has a better division record.  New England has home field throughout the AFC playoffs.

Round 1...Buffalo at Tennessee
Cincinnati at Baltimore

Round 2...Buffalo/Tennessee at New England
Cincinnati/Baltimore at San Diego
