The latest on WAC Expansion and details of potential Hawaii independence.
My take...
Montana will make expansion work if the can convince boosters to put money where their mouth is. Perhaps the WAC, with the money being extorted from Nevada and Fresno State can assist as well. The cost is prohibitive for every potential WAC member that is currently an FCS member, but at least Montana and Montana State do not have to pay for a stadium expansion.
Independence for Hawaii and the Big West in other sports will significantly reduce travel costs. Bring on the Cougars.
