RSL in the playoffs...Bring on the Goats

For the first time in history, Real Salt Lake has made the post season. Yura Movsisyan tied the game with the Colorado Rapids in the 90s minute and put the Royals in the playoffs. Now it is a two-game goal-aggregate series against the Chivas-USA. (Chivas is Spanish for Goat. It does not have the same context in Hispanic culture.)

Weber State bounced back from the embarrassing near loss and the arrest of one of their best play-makers to trounce the Lumberjacks in Flagstaff. Montana is still going to be ranked higher in this week's poll, but the WebCats are in firm control of the Big Sky football race. If they win the final three, the first round of the FCS playoffs are certain to be played a Steward Stadium. The final three are Portland State, @Idaho State and Eastern Washington.

BYU won a close one if Provo and Utah State lost a close one in Logan. Breathe easy in Provo, all is not lost. In Logan, can you say bye Guy?

I'm not that excited about the World Series.
