Here is the MWC Divisional Alignment.

San Diego State
San Jose State
Each team in the conference will play 5 divisional games and 3 cross divisional games. The championship game will be played December 7, 2013 at the home stadium of the higher BCS-Ranked team. The conference will not break into divisions for the other sports, as Hawaii is a football-only member. They will play an 18-game schedule for basketball. For basketball, there each team will play 8 teams twice and the remaining 2 opponents once. That will be handled on a rotational basis.
The BYU/Hawaii game will be rescheduled. It may not be Hawaii that BYU plays. It will be a road game for the Cougars and if not Hawaii, another team in the conference.
No word on the USU Aggies final schedule, yet.
